Getting there and away
London is an international transportation hub. Flights from all parts of the globe arrive and depart daily from the city’s four airports. Airplane ticket prices rise during the summer tourist season and during the winter holidays. The cheapest time to fly to London is during early fall and early spring – the perfect time to catch a Fulham game. Craven Cottage is located in the west of London.

By Air
Heathrow Airport (airport code LHR) – Located approximately 22 km from Craven Cottage, Heathrow Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world. It is a hub for British Airways, Virgin Airways, and bmi, and it services flights from the United States on British Airways, United Airlines, American Airlines and Virgin Atlantic Airways. Trains and buses run frequently from the center of London to Heathrow.

Gatwick Airport (airport code LGW) – Located approximately 42 km from Craven Cottage, Gatwick is London’s second biggest airport. It is serviced by more U.S. airline carriers than Heathrow. It is also a hub for British Airways and Virgin Airways.

Standsted Airport (airport code STN) – Situated 60 km from Craven Cottage, Standsted is where you will arrive if you fly on one of Europe’s discount airlines like Ryanair and easyJet. It services airlines from throughout Europe.

Luton Airport (airport code LTN) – Luton is located 52 km from Craven Cottage. It is another arrival and jumping off point for low-cost flights to Europe and throughout the UK.

By Train
The only high speed international train service between mainland Europe and London is Eurostar. These trains all terminate at Waterloo station in central London. From there it is an easy Tube (Subway) ride to Craven Cottage. The stadium is a 15-minute walk from the Putney Bridge Tube stop on the District Line (15 minutes walk)

If you are arriving in London from other parts of the UK on BritRail, King’s Cross, Victoria, Paddington and Euston stations are just a few of the main terminals for train travel, and all connect to the Tube.

By Car
From the North:
Take the A1/M1 to North Circular A406 follow signs for Harlesdon A404, then take the A219 to Hammersmith, when on Broadway follow signs for Fulham, turn right after 1 mile into Harboard Street then left at the end for the stadium.

From the South/East
Take the South circular A205, follow signs for Putney Bridge A219, cross the bridge and follow signs for Hammersmith for half a mile, take a left into Bishops Park Road, then right at the end.

From the East:
Take the M4 to the A4, after two miles branch left into Hammersmith Broadway, then follow signs for Fulham, turn right after 1 mile into Harboard Street then left at the end for the ground.

By Bus
Local bus lines 74 and 220 will take you directly to Craven Cottage on game day.
