Travel to Stoke City & Britannia Stadium

Team: Stoke City
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, England
Stadium: Britannia Stadium

Getting there and away
Stoke-on-Trent is located in Staffordshire, roughly halfway between Birmingham and Manchester. There is no commercial airport in Stoke so it’s advisable to fly into Manchester or London and travel overland to get there.

By Air
The nearest airport is Manchester Airport (code: MAN) which is 24 miles away. Other options include Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL) 36 miles away and East Midlands Airport (EMA) 37 miles away. But it’s probably cheaper to fly into any London airport (LON) and travel north from there.

By Train:
Stoke-on-Trent station is a stop on the West Coast main line between London and Manchester.

By Car:
From London: take the M1 north for 108 miles, at junction 24 take the A453 exit then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit for the A50.
