Directions: Allianz Arena is about 11km North of Munich, but it’s well-connected on the U-Bahn. You can now get from the Marienplatz in central Munich to the stadium in about 15-20 minutes. Just take line 6 on the U-Bahn to the Frottmaning stop; the stadium is still another 10 minutes away on foot, but you’ll be able to see it when you exit the stadium. Look for free travel offers for ticket holders on game days. A day-pass will give you unlimited trips on the U-Bahn and S-Bahn in a 24-hour period, and only costs €5.

Driving Directions to Allianz Arena: From Marienplatz in the Munich city center, go southeast on Tal toward Heiliggeiststraße, and then turn right to stay on Tal. Take a slight left at Isartorplatz, and then a true left to stay on this road. The road changes names a few times, but stay on it until you’ll turn right on Prinzregentenstraße. Then turn left at Widenmayerstraße. Take the ramp onto B2R, and then after 2.5km the exit onto A9. After just over 4km, take exit 73-München-Fröttmaning-Süd toward München-Fröttmaning-Süd and merge onto Werner-Heisenberg-Allee. The stadium will be on your left.
